Sk\u00e6r sm\u00f8rret i mindre stykker, og bland det med sukker.\u00a0 Sl\u00e5 \u00e6gget ud i en tallerken, s\u00e5 er det nemmere at dele i en halv. Tils\u00e6t mel, og tils\u00e6t \u00e6g efterh\u00e5nden som du ser, hvor meget dejen kan sluge. D\u00e6k sk\u00e5len med film, og s\u00e6t den i k\u00f8leskabet i en time. Imens dejen st\u00e5r i k\u00f8leskabet, kan du blande fyldet. Efter en time i k\u00f8leskabet kan dejen rulles ud og l\u00e6gges i et t\u00e6rtefad. Fyldet skal oven p\u00e5 dejen, s\u00e5 du beh\u00f8ver ikke bekymre dig om udseende. \u00a0Fordel fyldet over dejen. Bag t\u00e6rtebunden i ovnen ved 200 grader i ca. 20 minutter. Skru evt. lidt ned for varmen de sidste 5 minutter. Afk\u00f8l kagen, og pensel den med smeltet chokolade. \u00a0Lad chokoladen stivne. Lav cremen ved at piske kagecremepulver med m\u00e6lk sammen med en elpisker. Stil cremen i k\u00f8leskabet til afk\u00f8ling i min 20 minutter til den er blevet tyk. Pisk fl\u00f8den til fl\u00f8deskum, og vend det i cremen. Fordel cremen over t\u00e6rten. Vask jordb\u00e6rrene, og sk\u00e6r dem i halve. Fordel dem ud over kagen.
