Sk\u00e6r portobellosvampene i mindre stykker. Sk\u00e6r baconen i sm\u00e5 tern, og hak valn\u00f8dderne groft. Steg baconen spr\u00f8dt og gyldent p\u00e5 en pande. Tag baconen af panden, og steg l\u00f8g og svampe gyldne. Tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g og valn\u00f8dder, og steg det ved stille varme 1 minut. Tils\u00e6t piskefl\u00f8de, og lad det simre, til det bliver cremet i konsistens. Bland med bacon og hakket persille, og krydr med salt, peber og evt. lidt citronsaft. Riv parmesanen groft, og kog pastaen i rigeligt vand efter anvisningen p\u00e5 emballagen.
