Lad blandingen tr\u00e6kke 1 times tid. Sk\u00e6r Ciabattabr\u00f8d i skiver p\u00e5 ca. 1 \u00bd cm, pensl olivenolie p\u00e5 den ene flade, og l\u00e6g dem p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir. Rist dem let i oven ved 200 grader i 5-10 minutter. Pil 1 hvidl\u00f8gsfed, sk\u00e6r det over p\u00e5 midten, og gnid det henover de ristede br\u00f8dskiver. L\u00e6g br\u00f8dskiverne p\u00e5 et fad, og fordel tomatblandingen ovenp\u00e5 br\u00f8dskiverne. Pynt evt. med ekstra frisk basilikum og server straks. Bruschetta kan ikke laves i forvejen, s\u00e5 tr\u00e6nger tomatsaften ned i br\u00f8dskiverne, og g\u00f8r br\u00f8det v\u00e5dt.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativt forlag til fyld er at mose en avocado og sm\u00f8re det p\u00e5 br\u00f8det.
