Margarine smeltes og tils\u00e6ttes. \u00c6bleskiverne bages i et \u00e6bleskivejern ved j\u00e6vn varme i ca. 5-6 minutter. Vendes med stikkepind eller gaffel. Det er vigtigt, at man ikke steger \u00e6bleskiverne ved for h\u00f8j varme, da man skal v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5, at de f\u00e5r nok stegetid til, at de bliver gennembagt \u2013 brug strikkepinden til at m\u00e6rke efter, om de er bagt tilstr\u00e6kkeligt. Stik strikkepinden ind i \u00e6bleskiven, og hiv den ud igen.
