Kog broccoli ca. 2 minutter. H\u00e6ld vandet fra og hold kartofler og broccoli varme (under l\u00e5g).<\/p>\n<p>Appelsinjuice h\u00e6ldes i en gryde sammen med revet hvidl\u00f8g, sennep og honning. Bring det i kog. Tils\u00e6t peberfrugterne.
