Krydr med salt og peber. Sk\u00e6r en \u00e5bning langs m\u00f8rbraden. Sk\u00e6r de solt\u00f8rrede tomater i mindre stykker, og bland dem med cheddarost og hvidl\u00f8g. Put fyldet i \u00e5bningen. Luk m\u00f8rbraden ved at vikle baconstykker om. Brug evt. k\u00f8dpinde til at holde bacon p\u00e5 plads. Steges i ovn ved 225 grader indtil stegetermometret viser 62 grader (det tager ca. en halv time).
