Tils\u00e6t farsen. Dern\u00e6st champignon og squash.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e5r det hele er godt svitset, tils\u00e6t krydderier og dern\u00e6st tomatkoncentrat.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t hakkede tomater. Tils\u00e6t bouillon med ca. 4 dl. vand. Kog et par minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Lav m\u00e6lkesaucen: Smelt sm\u00f8r, tils\u00e6t mel. R\u00f8r indtil massen har samlet sig. Tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lken lidt af gangen. N\u00e5r en slat m\u00e6lk er r\u00f8rt ud, kan du tilf\u00f8je mere m\u00e6lk. Tils\u00e6t salt, peber og muskatn\u00f8d. Tils\u00e6t ost, og lad den smelte.<\/li>\n<li>Saml lasagnen ved skiftevis at l\u00e6gge k\u00f8dsovs, m\u00e6lkesauce og lasagneplader i et ovnfast fad. Start og slut med m\u00e6lkesauce.<\/li>\n<li>Drys revet ost oven p\u00e5 lasagnen.<\/li>\n<li>Bages i ovnen ved 200 grader i 30-40 min (alt efter hvad der st\u00e5r p\u00e5 pakken med lasagnepladerne).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tip<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En god variant er at tilf\u00f8je 1 dl r\u00f8dvin til k\u00f8dsovsen. Det giver en god dybde til smagen.\u00a0<br>I det tilf\u00e6lde svits l\u00f8g, derefter oksefars, tils\u00e6t krydderier og tomatpur\u00e9. Svits kort.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tils\u00e6t derefter r\u00f8dvin og lad det koge ind i et par minutter.
