Sk\u00e6r filletterne over en gang, s\u00e5 de ikke er s\u00e5 store \u2013 l\u00e6g filletterne i et stort ildfast fad \u2013 krydr. Med salt, peber og estragon. Fordel skrivesk\u00e5ret champignon og banan samt strimlet peberfrugt over kyllingestykkerne. H\u00e6ld mangofl\u00f8den over.
