Steges i sm\u00f8r p\u00e5 pande. N\u00e5r bollerne er stegt f\u00e6rdige kan de bruges i tomatsaucen, som beskrives herunder.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tomatsauce:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 l\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>3 fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>Olie til stegning<\/li>\n<li>1 ds. hakkede tomater<\/li>\n<li>Fond (eksemplevis Touch of Taste)<\/li>\n<li>Kydderier \u2013 eksemplevis basilikum, oregano<\/li>\n<li>Revet cheddar-ost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hak l\u00f8gene og svits dem i olie. Tilf\u00f8j de hakkede tomater. Kog op og tils\u00e6t fond og krydderier. Placer k\u00f8dboller i ildfast fad. H\u00e6ld tomatmasse ud over bollerne. Drys ost over.
