Svits champignon godt p\u00e5 en pande, s\u00e5 v\u00e6den er forsvundet. H\u00e6ld evt. champignon gennem en si for at f\u00e5 v\u00e6den v\u00e6k, inden du arbejder videre. Svits guler\u00f8dder og porrer sammen med champignon. Efter et par minutter tils\u00e6ttes skinken. Bland dejpulverposen med vand, og \u00e6lt den til en dej. Rul dejen ud med kagerulle, eller pres den med h\u00e6nderne ned i t\u00e6rtefadet. Stik huller i dejen med en gaffel. H\u00e6ld gr\u00f8ntsagerne over dejen. Der m\u00e5 gerne v\u00e6re top p\u00e5. Bland de 3 \u00e6g med hytteost og krydderier og fordel massen over t\u00e6rten. Drys med ost.
