{"id":2098,"date":"2024-10-25T15:30:40","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T13:30:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lenes-opskrifter.dk\/?p=2098"},"modified":"2024-10-25T15:40:50","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T13:40:50","slug":"one-pot-pasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lenes-opskrifter.dk\/?p=2098","title":{"rendered":"One pot pasta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Du skal bruge: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2-3 porrer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 g champignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 squash<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 fed hvidl\u00f8g, hakkede<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En pakke b\u00e5ndpasta (250 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl hvidvin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dl h\u00f8nsebouillon (1 terning)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En h\u00e5ndfuld mozarella <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ca. 60 g bl\u00e5 castello <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timian, oregano, chili, rosmarin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Skyl porrerne grundigt og sk\u00e6r dem i tynde skiver. Rens champignonerne og sk\u00e6r dem i kvarte, og sk\u00e6r squashen i tern. Hak hvidl\u00f8get fint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varm lidt olie op i en stor pande eller gryde, og svits porrer, champignon, squash og hvidl\u00f8g ved middel varme, indtil gr\u00f8ntsagerne bliver bl\u00f8de og let gyldne. Dette tager ca. 5-7 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t krydderierne \u2013 en smule timian, oregano, chili og rosmarin \u2013 og r\u00f8r godt rundt, s\u00e5 de bliver j\u00e6vnt fordelt i gr\u00f8ntsagsblandingen. Lad det stege i endnu et par minutter, s\u00e5 krydderierne frigiver deres smag.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld hvidvinen i panden, og lad den simre i et par minutter, indtil alkoholen fordamper, og smagen koncentreres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t bouillonen (opl\u00f8s h\u00f8nseterningen i 2 dl kogende vand) og lad det koge op, s\u00e5 bouillonen blander sig med de andre ingredienser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>H\u00e6ld fl\u00f8den i og r\u00f8r godt rundt. Lad retten simre ved lav varme i ca. 10 minutter, s\u00e5 saucen tykner en smule, og smagen bliver intens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kog b\u00e5ndpastaen efter anvisningen p\u00e5 pakken. For en &#8220;one pot&#8221;-tilgang kan du tilf\u00f8je pastaen direkte i saucen og eventuelt tils\u00e6tte lidt ekstra bouillon eller vand, hvis saucen bliver for tyk undervejs. Ellers kog pastaen i en gryde for sig, og bland den med gr\u00f8ntsagerne i panden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e5r pastaen er f\u00e6rdigkogt, tils\u00e6ttes mozzarella og bl\u00e5 Castello i sm\u00e5 stykker.
