Alternativ kan 2 d\u00e5ser hakkede tomater ogs\u00e5 bruges.<\/li>\n<li>Smag blandingen til med salt og peber. Tils\u00e6t flydende honning og balsamico, s\u00e5 smagen balancerer mellem let syrlig og rund. Lad saucen simre i ca. 15 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Lav 2-4 fordybninger i blandingen, og sl\u00e5 2-4 \u00e6g ud i dem. L\u00e6g l\u00e5g over stegepanden, og lad \u00e6ggene s\u00e6tte sig, i ca. 3-4 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e6rk p\u00e5 \u00e6gget om hviden er fast og blommen er flydende.
