Tils\u00e6t resten af vandet.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t salt, honning og surdej.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t grahamsmel.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t\u00a0hvedemel. M\u00e6ngden af mel afh\u00e6nger af meltypen, s\u00e5 tils\u00e6t mel lidt ad gangen indtil dejen er tilpas. Pas p\u00e5 med at tils\u00e6tte for meget mel. Dejen skal v\u00e6re v\u00e5d. R\u00f8r med grydeske.<\/li>\n<li>Tils\u00e6t valn\u00f8dderne. Alt efter pr\u00e6ference kan valn\u00f8dderne tils\u00e6ttes hele, eller de kan sk\u00e6res i mindre stykker.<\/li>\n<li>Lad dejen h\u00e6ve natten over ved at\u00a0lade sk\u00e5len st\u00e5 tild\u00e6kket\u00a0p\u00e5\u00a0k\u00f8kkenbordet.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e6ste morgen er dejen fint h\u00e6vet.<\/li>\n<li>H\u00e6ld dejen ud p\u00e5 et meldrysset bord.<\/li>\n<li>Fold dejen med en dejskraber. Fold\u00a0hj\u00f8rnerne ind over hinanden. Bliv ved med at folde,\u00a0til dejen har samlet sig. Nogle gang kr\u00e6ver det kun en enkelt omgang. Andre gange skal dejen foldes mange\u00a0gange.\u00a0Dejen m\u00e5 ikke \u00e6ltes!<\/li>\n<li>Brug dejskraberen til at sk\u00e6re bollerne ud.\u00a0Plac\u00e9r\u00a0bollerne p\u00e5 en bageplade bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir.<\/li>\n<li>Lad bollerne efterh\u00e6ve p\u00e5 pladen i ca. 10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Bag bollerne ved 250 grader varmluft i 7-8 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t varmen ned til 225 grader varmluft, og bag videre i 7-10 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Tag bollerne ud af ovnen, og plac\u00e9r dem p\u00e5 en rist.
