Kom k\u00f8det i et fad, med hvidvin i bunden og s\u00e6t det i ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader i ca. 30 min. Brug eventuelt et stegetermometer, for at sikre kernen bliver perfekt. Tag dem ud, n\u00e5r temperaturen n\u00e5r 77 grader. S\u00e5 er de well done!
