Pres spinaten fri fra v\u00e6de.<br \/>\nHvis du bruger frossen spinat, skal du huske at t\u00f8 den op et par timer inden brug.<br \/>\nBlend spinaten med sm\u00f8r (da blenderen ikke m\u00e5 bruges til t\u00f8rre ting, kan du smelte sm\u00f8rret f\u00f8rst, s\u00e5 det kan bruges som v\u00e6ske.
