Drys sukker over, s\u00e5 g\u00e6ren aktiveres. Smelt margarine i gryde \u2013 n\u00e5r det er smeltet &#8211; tils\u00e6t m\u00e6lk s\u00e5 margarinen k\u00f8les ned. H\u00e6ld blandingen i sk\u00e5len med g\u00e6ren. R\u00f8r g\u00e6ren ud. Tils\u00e6t \u00e6g og dern\u00e6st mel. R\u00f8r grundigt med ske \u2013 du beh\u00f8ver ikke at \u00e6lte med fingrene. L\u00e6g et viskestykke over sk\u00e5len, og stil den lunt til h\u00e6vning i 30-40 min. Brug ventetiden p\u00e5 at rive marcipanen og sk\u00e6re chokoladen i mindre stykker. Del dejen i 2 dele (8 boller i hver). Rul dejen ud, og sk\u00e6r den i 16 firkanter. Klarg\u00f8r bageplade med bagepapir. Placer 2 stk. chokolade og lidt revet marcipan i midten af hver firkant. Luk fastelavnsbollerne godt, og placer dem med lukningen nedad. Pensel bollerne med m\u00e6lk, og bag dem 15-20 min p\u00e5 anden nederste rille ved 225 grader.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r bollerne er k\u00f8let lidt af, kan du pynte med glasur p\u00e5 toppen af dem.<\/p>\n<p>Serveres lune!<\/p>\n<p>TIP: Fastelavnsbollerne kan nemt fryses. Men vent med at pynte med glasur, til bollerne er t\u00f8et op og varmet i ovnen.<\/p>\n<p><u>Alternativ fyld 1:<\/u> Remonce: 150 g. margarine, 150 g. sukker, 1 spsk. Mel, Ca. 50 g. revet marcipan, Margarine og sukker r\u00f8res sammen. Tils\u00e6t mel for at samle massen, s\u00e5 den ikke l\u00f8ber ud af bollerne.
