Derudover m\u00e5 man selv bestemme, hvad stjerneskuddet skal indeholde. Opskriften herunder er meget klassisk \u2013 som et klassisk stjerneskud serveres p\u00e5 de fleste restauranter.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser (2 personer):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 r\u00f8dsp\u00e6ttefileter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til stegning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hvedemel<\/li>\n<li>1 sammenpisket \u00e6g<\/li>\n<li>Groft rasp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Til dampning:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 dl hvidvin<\/li>\n<li>2 dl vand<\/li>\n<li>Peber<\/li>\n<li>lidt salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Andet fyld:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00f8get laks<\/li>\n<li>Rejer<\/li>\n<li>Kaviar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pynt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salatblade (evt. crispsalt)<\/li>\n<li>Cherrytomater<\/li>\n<li>1 bundt gr\u00f8nne asparges<\/li>\n<li>Lidt akaciehonning og olie til dampning af asparges<\/li>\n<li>2 skiver citron<\/li>\n<li>2 skiver agurk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 skiver franskbr\u00f8d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk. mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk. tomatpur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk. sukker<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. citronsaft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<\/p>\n<p>Bland ingredienserne til dressing, og stil dressingen p\u00e5 k\u00f8l.<br \/>\nKlarg\u00f8r gr\u00f8ntsagerne: Sk\u00e6r cherrytomater i halve, sk\u00e6r agurk og citron i \u201dpynteskiver\u201d \u2013 dvs. i en aflang form, s\u00e5 de nemt kan s\u00e6ttes i split. To af dem drysses med lidt salt, rulles sammen, og dampes i en gryde med hvidvin, vand og lidt kv\u00e6rnet peber. Se <a href=\"http:\/\/lenes-opskrifter.dk\/?p=1152\">her<\/a> hvordan.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r de panerede fileter er f\u00e6rdige, tages de af panden, og de 2 skiver franskbr\u00f8d skal nu steges p\u00e5 samme pande i det \u201dsnask\u201d, der er tilbage fra fileten. Steg franskbr\u00f8dsskiverne p\u00e5 begge sider.<\/p>\n<p>Anret nu stjerneskuddet: L\u00e6g franskbr\u00f8d p\u00e5 tallerken. Anret med salatblad ovenp\u00e5. L\u00e6g herp\u00e5 den panerede fisk. Oven p\u00e5 denne l\u00e6gges den dampede, sammenrullerede fisk. H\u00e6ld rejer over, og top med kaviar. Pynt med citron- og agurkeskive. L\u00e6g et par asparges ved siden af samt nogle tomater.
