Stik den ned i geleen, og l\u00f8ft den h\u00f8jt op over gryden, s\u00e5 den er v\u00e6k fra varmen fra gryden. Lad skeen dryppe af. Hvis den sidste dr\u00e5be p\u00e5 skeen bliver h\u00e6ngende som gele, er stivheden tilpas. Er geleen ikke stiv nok, s\u00e5 kog lidt l\u00e6ngere. N\u00e5r geleen har den \u00f8nskede konsistens, tages den af blusset, og overfladen skummes med en hulske. Det kan godt v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at f\u00e5 det hele med, n\u00e5r man skummer geleen. Men det er vigtigt for, at geleen bliver helt klar.<br \/>\nSkyl sylteglas + l\u00e5g i kogende vand. Skyl dem dern\u00e6st i Atamon. Det samme Atamon kan godt bruges i alle glassene. H\u00e6ld den varme gele p\u00e5 glas, og l\u00e6g et stykke madpapir eller rent viskestykke over. Vent til dagen efter f\u00f8r du lukker glassene (husk at skylle l\u00e5gene med Atamon).
