Akaciehonning<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk. olivenolie<\/li>\n<li>Lidt salt<\/li>\n<li>100 g. rejer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dressing (til ca. 4 portioner):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 dl. creme fraiche<\/li>\n<li>3 spsk. mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 tsk. tomatpur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk. citronsaft<\/li>\n<li>1 spsk. sukker<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fremgangsm\u00e5de:<br \/>\nBland dressingen, og stil den til k\u00f8l i k\u00f8leskabet.<br \/>\nSkyl aspargesene, og kn\u00e6k den nederste del af. Skr\u00e6l de hvide asparges tyndt (du beh\u00f8ver ikke at skr\u00e6lle hovedet), og kog dem i letsaltet vand i ca. 4 minutter (de skal have bid). Damp de gr\u00f8nne asparges i en gryde med honning og olivenolie i et par minutter (de skal have bid).<br \/>\nAnret asparges p\u00e5 tallerken.
