Serv\u00e9r evt. med br\u00f8d. Sk\u00e6r mango og avokado i tern. Sk\u00e6r tomater i halve. Damp asparges i en gryde, og sk\u00e6r dem i mindre stykker. Hak hvidl\u00f8g og chili. Skyl rejerne, og fjern halen. Varm olie op p\u00e5 en pande. Tils\u00e6t hvidl\u00f8g og chili. Vent et minuts tid, f\u00f8r du l\u00e6gger rejerne p\u00e5. Steg rejerne i ca. 5 minutter.
